Here are 3 simple, physio-approved habits you can start today:

1. The 30-Minute Rule:
Set a timer on your phone or computer. Every 30 minutes, stand up and move for just 60 seconds. Walk to get a glass of water, do a quick stretch, or just pace. Movement is lotion for your joints!

2. The Chin Tuck (For Neck Strain):
If you stare at a phone or laptop all day, your head naturally drifts forward. Gently tuck your chin straight back (giving yourself a hilarious double chin) without looking down. Hold for 3 seconds, relax, and repeat 5 times to reset your neck posture.

3. Hydrate Your Joints :
Your spinal discs and joint cartilage are mostly made of water. When you're dehydrated, they lose their cushioning ability, leading to more stiffness. Keep a water bottle at your desk as a visual reminder.

Do the Seated Cat-Cow right in your chair:

Sit tall at the edge of your seat.
