If you stare at a phone or laptop all day, your head naturally drifts forward. Gently tuck your chin straight back (giving yourself a hilarious double chin) without looking down. Hold for 3 seconds, relax, and repeat 5 times to reset your neck posture.
3. Hydrate Your Joints :
Your spinal discs and joint cartilage are mostly made of water. When you're dehydrated, they lose their cushioning ability, leading to more stiffness. Keep a water bottle at your desk as a visual reminder.
