Yesterday, staff on Birch Floor provided a reading activity for residents. Staff read the Bible aloud to one of residents who is blind and to those who are unable to read independently. Residents appeared to enjoy the session and engaged by listening attentively.

In addition, staff supported residents who requested to listen to Islamic songs by playing related videos.

Residents appeared calm and content during the activity, and the atmosphere was inclusive and respectful of everyone’s faith and preferences.
