If I asked you how you’re feeling, what do you notice?……..Now if I ask you about your shoulders, are they tense, lifted towards your ears, do you notice them drop slightly when you bring your awareness to them? How’s your belly feeling? Tight, twisted, burny or is it settled? How about your tongue? Is it rested, or is it rapidly running along the back of your teeth? A few signs of an activated nervous system. Something we often sit in quite a large proportion of the day, and we do this without even being aware of it.

So how do you learn to regulate yourself. That’s something I can support you with.

Pain is like walking in the rain — you feel it, but you are not the rain itself.
That perspective can help men separate their worth from the weight of what they’re facing.

Every man deserves to know he’s more than his hardest moments.
