✨In Fridays class we focused on gentle back massage whilst practicing tummy time, a beautiful way to help little ones relax, support muscle development, and even encourage better sleep. With soft, nurturing strokes, parents discovered how this simple routine can strengthen the bond with their baby while giving them a sense of comfort and security.
