Christmas is FAST approaching, which can bring with it immense pressure. If you are overweight and feeling frustrated with your size the thought of feeling unhappy with how you look at Christmas is enough to drive you to the biscuit tin rather than your 1:1 Diet Steps plan.
It is VERY COMMON for people who feel stressed out about their weight to eat more. The pressure to lose those pounds can make us feel overwhelmed and do ourselves more damage. It can be a vicious circle and make us feel out of control and helpless. If you feel like this, then take some time out to do something different so you can take control and feel empowered and motivated.

Create your vision of something that is really special to you; a vision that gives you that little butterfly feeling of excitement in your tummy. Your vision will be unique to you. Get clear on your vision. If you can create a vision board and look at everyday this will help you to stay focused on your goal.
