Hey everyone just wanted to introduce a little hobbie of mine. When I'm away from my private practice I like to make bracelets and keyrings. I am making personalised santa keys and i also make crystal bracelets for anxiety, peace, love and Chakra bracelets. Please feel free to message if you are interested. I also do bespoke designs for customers.

To all my friends and followers, with Christmas approaching the stress levels rise. For some this is a very painful time of year where they reflect on those they have lost. For some the pressure of trying to provide for the family and make Christmas happen is too much. For some that are alone with no one to share Christmas dinner with they dread hearing everyone's happy family Christmas stories.
This is a time of year some people's mental health is really low.
I am asking each and every one of you to please share my page to your friends and family because you never know who it could be a life line to especially at this time of year. Not everyone knows how to reach out to private counsellors and the NHS can have a long wait.
