Welcome to Talk Listen Counselling 🥳 - the new counselling and psychotherapy service in the Romsey area offering face to face, telephone or remote ( Zoom/Skype etc ) counselling.

I provide counselling in a lovely warm and inviting location close to the town centre.

Are you feeling anxious, lost or overwhelmed? Maybe the pandemic has left you feeling anxious and isolated?

You may be trying to cope with a past trauma, a relationship breakdown or a bereavement?

You could be feeling a bit flat and fed up but maybe unsure why?

Could you benefit from taking some time for yourself to explore how you think and feel in a safe space where you can talk about anything without the fear of being judged? I will be there to listen to you with warmth and understanding and you will be accepted for who you are.

Admitting you need to talk to someone is often the first big step on your journey to understanding yourself better…
