Due to the popularity of my Gentle yoga classes, I am adding another class to the schedule, starting on Thursday the 15th January.
This class is suitable for all, including complete beginners🤩
I love sharing my passion for yoga and plan creative sequences for classes, including Asana (yoga poses) and movement to maintain and improve joint mobility and range of motion in the body. In class, we work together, to improve strength and flexibility.
No, you do NOT need to be flexible to do yoga!😅
