I am an integrative therapist and hypnotherapist based just north of Romsey, Hampshire, with experience in working with adults, as well as with children, and adolescents in a school and voluntary environment . at seem to weigh us down and prevent us from living a fulfilling life. I aim to work in a creative way and am passionate in assisting the client to find their own solutions. My therapeutic work includes helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence, self-harm, suicidal ideation, bereavement and loss, relationship issues and eating disorders. I provide hypnotherapy and long and short term counselling depending on the needs of the client, based on mutually agreed goals and time frame. Longer term therapy, in particular, can be distressing but to work through long held thoughts in a supported environment can be healing and give resolution for the client. The integrative approach uses a variety of therapy models, aiming to best suit to the individual and presenting issue. As an accredited member of the National Counselling and Hypnotherapy Societies I adhere to the ethical framework. I have extensive experience of working with Secondary age students in school. Most of my therapy work has been with young people aged 13-25 years old on a one to one basis, including some work with clients with autistic traits. I have a particular interest in bereavement and loss and I work with a local charity supporting children as young as 4 who have experienced the loss of a close family relative.
