I used to catch myself saying, “I don’t know” all the time… but I realised that every time I said it, I was reinforcing a lie.

Because deep down, I do know.
Beneath the doubt, the fear, and the overthinking, my inner wisdom already holds the answers — even when they feel hidden.

So instead of stopping at “I don’t know,” I’ve learned to ask myself better questions… questions that gently uncover the answers already within me. ✨

And it’s been life-changing.

You’re not only experiencing your life—you’re interpreting it.

And those interpretations are shaped by earlier moments when you didn’t feel safe.

In those moments, your nervous system adapted:
freezing, withdrawing, or forming protective beliefs.

Over time, thoughts like:
“I’m stuck”
“This always happens to me”
“I can’t figure this out”

become reinforced neural patterns.

This is neuroplasticity—
the brain strengthens what is repeated.

Your attentional system then filters for evidence that matches those patterns,
making them feel like objective reality.

So the issue isn’t simply “negative thinking.”
It’s a system trying to stay within what once felt safe.

Change doesn’t come from forcing positivity or controlling the external world.

It begins with increasing internal safety.

From there, you can gradually update the narrative:

“I’m learning that things can be different.”
“I have more capacity than I used to.”
“I’m in the process of figuring this out.”

These are not affirmations detached from reality—
they are regulated, believable shifts.

With repetition, new neural pathways form,
your physiological state changes,
and perception begins to widen.
