We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly, family run team at Sienna Home Care. You will support clients in their own homes while helping maintain high standards across the team.

What you will do:
• Provide personal care, medication support, and daily assistance
• Support and guide care staff in the community
• Complete spot checks, supervisions, and care plan updates
• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
• Ensure accurate documentation and report any concerns

What we need:
• Full UK driving licence & reliable vehicle (essential)
• Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Previous Senior Care experience (essential)
• Confident, reliable, and compassionate

This morning we had the pleasure of meeting with Laura at Shawford Springs to explore ways we can work together to support our local community 🫶🏽

At Sienna Home Care, we are passionate about working alongside other care providers to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time — whether that’s remaining safely at home or transitioning into a care setting when needed or coming home from a respite stay 🫶🏽

Over the weekend our team at Sienna Home Care have been out delivering daffodils to all the lovely mums we have the privilege of caring for 🫶🏽

Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate all the love, strength and care that mothers give throughout their lives. Many of the ladies we support have spent years caring for their families and others, so today is our little way of saying thank you ✨

We know today can be emotional for many people, we are also thinking of those missing their mums, those who have lost children, and those who hoped to become mothers but never had the chance💛
