🌼 season is here, and if you are struggling with sneezing, itching, and watery eyes, we’ve got some to help them get through with a little more comfort:

⌚ Avoid going out in the early evening and midmorning when the pollen count is at its highest.

👓 Wear sunglasses when outside – wraparound styles offer more protection from pollen.

❄️ If you develop eye symptoms, a cold compress can provide temporary relief, and the cooling sensation can help reduce inflammation. Dry eye drops that have been cooled in the fridge can have a similar effect.

Mr Taylor can also prescribe antihistamine drops to bring you relief if needs be. If your eyes are feeling irritated, get in touch to arrange an appointment. 01794 517311

And what's a wrap for 2025! Thank you to all my lovely patients and to practitioners who have referred patients in to the clinic. The clinic continues to thrive: The messages of thanks, Christmas cards and gifts are all recieved with thanks. I'm glad I've managed to help so many of you with your dry eye disease.

2026 will see more new innovations and technology in the clinic along with more new services, keep your eyes peeled 🤩

I am now booking well in to January so please get in touch if you need an assessment or a treatment, whilst there are no more clinics for 2025, I will continue to answer calls and e-mails throughout the festive period and be able to make appointments remotely. If you have an emergency, I will also be able to offer advice and point you in the right direction for an assessment, if needed.
