Sleep specialist Zoe Jones will be back with us on Friday the 3rd of October to offer support for anyone struggling with sleep (or lack thereof!)

Is there any particular session you'd like to see Zoe at? We can choose from the 9.30am, 11.30am or 1.30pm sessions.

Gosh, I am so blown away by all the lovely supportive comments I've received! Thank you so much, really - our community is filled with such kindness and warmth, I'm so proud to be a part of it. You are all the reason we've managed to create an environment for our children where love and kindness are truly at the center ❤️

Hello all! You might have noticed there have been some changes to our regular sessions lately - we are closed this Friday and have a lower intake on Thursday with limited hot food, and we are also taking a bit longer to do the admin. Thank you so much to those that have been bearing with us - as you probably know, we are a family run company, and life has been disrupted since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June. Last week I had a full massectomy and have been in hospital recovering, and only just been allowed to come home where Nik has been looking after me. Our staff have been absolutely wonderful in keeping things going without us, but there will be a few roadbumps in the meantime as we navigate recovery. Thank you again to everyone, and we hope to get back to normal soon :)
