Today, we’re thrilled to celebrate 15 incredible years with Kirstyn Richardson! Kirstyn began her journey with us in 2010 as part of the Data Entry team and quickly stood out for her dedication and ambition to grow within the company.
Her career progression began with a move into a Supervisory role, where she developed her leadership skills. She then completed management training, which paved the way for her promotion to Report Production Manager.
Today, Kirstyn holds the position of Head of Service Delivery — a pivotal role that connects our operational teams with central reporting, as well as central and support functions.
Paul Hampton "Kirstyn has been an integral part of the HSL family for the last 15 years and during that time has been the mainstay of managing the reports teams. Her commitment and dedication are second to none, taking great pride in her work and organising her teams to get the best out of them and ensure all deadlines are met, often going above and beyond to offer support to her teams. This is perfectly illustrated by the way she adapts under continued pressure and constantly moving deadlines and priorities to ensure reports are produced for operations and customers. Whatever is thrown at Kirstyn, she always responds with full commitment and a positive can-do attitude to ensure the needs of the business and customer expectations are always met, and often exceeded. Kirstyn is a vital part of the business and I congratulate her on reaching this milestone in her HSL career!"

In recent years she has seen her responsibility increase to being a key member of the management team in Ross.
