We are currently experiencing problems with our internet. This means our phones and clinical systems are not working. This issue is affecting the whole of Herefordshire general practice.

UPDATE: Cohens Pharmacy remains closed. The Surgery carpark and Kent Avenue are accessible. Please use the bottom footpath to access the surgery

Cohens pharmacy is currently closed due to an incident. The surgery is still open, however, there is no access to our car park

We have experienced an internet outage which meant our cloud based telphone system and clinical system was down. Please bear with us while we get back online. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Update: Network outage

We now have a limited phone service but our computer systems are still down, please bear with us while we work through this.

If we are still experiencing problems tomorrow and you have an appointment for results we will not be able to access your results. However, if you already have the NHS app downloaded and are able to access your investigations (results) please have this ready for your appointment. This is because the NHS app uses a different server.

Update: we still have no internet which we need for our clinical and phone system. This is due to an outage in North Herefordshire which has affected all surgeries, some Wye Valley Trust systems, Community Hospitals, and some Herefordshire Council systems.

If you have an appointment this afternoon please still attend as we may still be able to help.

Due to an network problem that is affecting all surgeries in Herefordshire we have no internet which means we are unable to access our appointment and clinical system. Our telephones are also cloud based which means we are unable to receive calls but you may still be able to dial and go through to the options, if this happens please hang up as we will not know you are in the queue. Hoople IT support are working to remedy this and hopefully we will be back online as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenienced caused.

Experience of working for the NHS is an advantage but not essential. The role requires the successful applicant to have good IT skills, experience with dealing with the general public, working as a team, multi-tasking and prioritising workload. Must have high school or equivalent education.

A Halifax Visa Debit card has been handed in to us, it was found in the car park. The card is in a Star Wars case and initials of the account holder are BLDH. We will keep it at reception for you to collect.

Our telephone provider’s server is down this morning which means we are unable to receive calls or make outgoing calls.

Our telephone provider is not able to give us a estimated time for when this will be remedied, we hope it won’t be too long.
