Yesterday was a lovely sunny ☀️ day!
I felt inspired and motivated.
I came across the below ⬇️ and wanted to share, it gave me an extra boost 😀

The 2026 Year of the Fire Horse (starting Feb 17) represents a, high-energy, volatile, and transformative period defined by intense passion, rapid change, and a, "no fear" attitude.

“This is a year that moves, ignites, and refuses stagnation. It is a time to gallop forward, using this energy to embrace the changes and the energetic shifts that come your way, holding tight to the reins of your journey.”

The year of action! I have so many plans, no more time wasting!

Getting ready for a little Reiki magic ✨
I always feel better after a self healing session.
It makes me sleep better, helps to let go whatever I am holding on to, clears and focuses my mind and of course relaxation 💕 ✨ 💤

As human beings in general we are easily affected by the weather.
So wet and damp here, sometimes it feels like it’s been raining non stop for months.
In those winter months important to make an effort and do something different and exciting, although it feels that it requires too much effort.
🧳 ☀️ Travelling is the best one of course!
👥 If you are on a tight budget, maybe go see a friend you haven’t seen for ages.
🥗 Go out for lunch with your partner/friends.
📝 Try a new recipe at home.
🧘‍♀️ Join a new club, class.
🌺 Attend a workshop.
🧶 Try a new hobby you always wanted.
🌧️ Don’t let the weather affect you.
💡 Our wellbeing is in our hands.

What do I do when my daughter wakes me up at 4:40am?
Firstly, of course trying to get her back to sleep! That’s away too early 🤯
By then not much time left before my alarm goes off at 6. Just enough time for a 30 minute yoga practice 🥰
Was it hard to get up? Yes, it was.
Do I do it every time I wake up too early? No, I don’t.
Did I feel much better after practising today? Yes, absolutely!

Our life consists of small decisions we make every day.
When you don’t feel motivated, just choose something that you know would be good for you.

Go to that yoga class/run/swim in any weather, make the right food choice, smile to a stranger etc.

I hear you it’s lovely to be in the warm house, having a cup of tea, but is it beneficial in a long run?
(Providing you are healthy enough for the activity)

Motivation is not something that comes easy, it’s a decision that you need to make every day to be the better version of yourself.
You will see the fruits of your labour pretty soon if you stay consistent.

When for some reason my blocks are out of my car, they are used to build castles 😂

Dear yogis, use blocks in yoga classes if you need them! It doesn’t mean you are incapable. Blocks are there to help you.

We all have different abilities and different body structure. Don’t worry about what anyone else is doing.

If you have never tried yoga before and want to try, don’t worry the teacher will let you know when and how to use them.
I promise it’s not painful 😀

I want to say thank you to everyone who attended my mini retreat last Sunday.
Each of you added something special to the atmosphere of the afternoon.
Below are a few messages I received after the event.
The words can’t describe how grateful I am for your trust, kind words said in person and messages, for the flowers 🌺 one of the lovely ladies brought to me and just for you being there, choosing to spend your Sunday afternoon with such a lovely group and mainly devoting this time to your body and mind. It is so easy to forget yourself in a busy world.

The only photo I managed to take was the fire pit though. There is always the next time, right?! 🙂

I will see you soon at my yoga classes, reiki sessions, retreats etc.

We will move our bodies gently in the yoga practise, meditate and have group reiki session.

Reiki - is a Japanese energy healing technique, that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic balance by channeling "universal life force energy". Practitioners guide this energy to clear blockages, support the body's natural healing, and bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit, often used alongside conventional medicine for anxiety, pain, and fatigue.

At the time of the new moon it is great to let go of what weighing you down and begin something new. Time to relax and slow down.

Towards the end we will have a cup of tea with a snack.

I actually went out last Friday night 🤯🤣
to make Christmas flower arrangement with a lovely group of ladies at Pelham Hall, Penallt.
I love some creativity especially with flowers 🌺♥️
Thank you ladies for organising such a lovely workshop.
Creativity in any shape is so important in our lives. The trick is to enjoy the process rather than the end result only.
If you are still looking for Christmas presents I still have some beautiful earrings, coasters, pendants etc. made by me from real preserved flowers and resin, can be custom made (there is still time).
