If she’s not out and about chatting with clients, you’ll probably find Julie over the hills with her fur baby, Teddy 🐾 — or back in the office rearranging the furniture… again. 🪑😆

No one keeps the office cleaner, the clients happier, or the team more entertained than Julie! She’s the heart of Bowtree Homecare — keeping everything running smoothly (and stylishly) with her endless energy, humour, and those famous “quick tidy ups” that turn into full office makeovers. 💙

Thank you, Julie, for being the most dedicated, chatty, furniture-shuffling boss we could ever ask for. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

💐 We are so touched by Nicola, the daughter of one of our lovely clients.

Having had the privilege of getting to know Nicola even better while caring for her wonderful mum, receiving these stunning flowers feels incredibly special. Gestures like this truly warm our hearts, even though supporting families is already the most rewarding part of our work.

Caring for your mum and helping her spend her final days at home was an absolute honour, and being there with you, Nicola, during such a meaningful time is something we will always remember.

🚗 Traffic Troubles in Rossendale 🚗

The traffic in and around Rossendale has been relentless lately – it seems like the roads have been busier than ever! Despite the delays, our amazing Bowtree Homecare team has been doing a fantastic job arriving on time for visits, with only the occasional delay of no more than 10 minutes.

A huge thank you to our dedicated team for everything you do and to our wonderful clients for being so understanding. 💙
