I managed to pass a course I have wanted to do for over 10 years!!! 🎉🎉🎉I have completed the full EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) qualification! This is a type of therapy that can help trauma and anxiety symptoms. I have personally had this therapy and it helped with a fear of driving and past trauma. 😊

🎄 🌲 🎄 hello everyone! I will be doing another collection for Women’s Aid! They need donations of gifts for the kids and mums and toiletries for the mums too. Over the years I have personally been thanked by the mums and told how much they appreciate these gifts. It can be such a difficult time of year anyway but these women and kids find themselves without a home and some leave with just their clothes on their back. We can make a huge difference in their life and literally make their Christmas! 🎅
New gifts and unused items only please.
I will be accepting donations every week day between 5-7 and at weekends. Just Pm me for details for where to drop off. I can collect donations too.

Hairdresser has worked wonders and I feel great! I was in tears the other week .. as I have hair loss due to perimenopause and with the grey it looked awful. I started speaking to others and realised this is common.
The gift of getting older is a blessing yet can bring surprises and sadness. Acceptance and gratitude really helps🙂

Angelite Therapy in Dunfermline Fife offers a range of complementary therapies, counselling/ psychotherapy, coaching, and guided meditation. Treating mind, body and spirit, we guide you on the road to recovery from mental, emotional, physical issues or pain. Complementary therapies - can be used alongside medical treatment. They can help physical, mental and emotional symptoms and issues. They treat the whole you not just the disease or disorder. Illness happens when the body is out of balance, holistic/ complementary therapy aims to help rebalance your whole body and bring you back into alignment.

Counselling - is a talking therapy that offers you a safe space to talk about experiences in your life so you may find clarity, hope and connection. Angelite therapy offers a safe and confidential environment.

Meditation - at Angelite Therapy, we offer group meditation and one to one personal guided meditation, providing a safe space for you to be gently guided into a relaxed meditative state. With personal one to one coaching, attention and guidance, sessions are tailored to suit your individual needs or preferences.
