Happy Bank Holiday!🌟

It is May Day, International Workers’ Day, and Time for A Cuppa Day!☕

We are now starting to see many more garden casualties!!!
How can you avoid the low back gardening pain?

Well, we could tell you to warm up before gardening….but you probably won’t 🤣
So how about this...

1) Rotate several jobs that put you in different positions - 20 mins rotations for each
2) Lifting plants, pots etc, use your legs and keep the heavy item close to your body
3) Use a kneeling pad/kneeling stool
4) Take rest breaks
5) Think about adding raised planters

News News News!!!

After setting up Handsworth Chiropractic Clinic nearly 29 years ago, I will, from 1st of June, hand over the clinic
to Adam Carr who will move the clinic to new premises (see below)!
By now all patients should have been informed by e-mail.

I will still continue working but only from Infirmary Road Chiropractic Clinic!

Thank you to all my lovely patients, of which some you have been following me since my very early days in Sheffield!
I have treasured my time in Handsworth - such a lovely community - I will miss you all!
