What’s Happening:
🎶🔥 - Shamanic Drumming with Ricky – Feel the grounding rhythm of the drum as it helps you let go and get centered. The drum also helps you let go of deep rooted patterns and connect with Mother Earth to bring you back in alignment.
🎶🔮 - Crystal Bowls, Chimes & Gong with Gina – Drift into a deep, relaxing sound bath with beautiful crystal tones, chimes, and gong vibrations. Cleanse the seven Chakras and help any blockages be released ready for the new year ahead.
❄️ - Outside in the Winter Air – We’ll be lying under the open sky, so bring warm coats, hats, scarves, blankets—whatever you need to stay cozy.
☕ - Hot Drinks Afterwards – Warm up and toast to the year ahead with a hot drink of your choice. This is optional, you do not need to stay if you prefer to go home. You could also bring a flask if you prefer.
Bring:
- Warm clothes and blankets
- Something comfy to lie on or sit on (mat or camping chair for example)
- An open mind and heart ready to relax
