🏡 Get a head-start on the new year now … and bag a bargain! 💚

We’re all enjoying the light evenings but summer holidays are looming and with them often comes a barrage of chaos in our homes:

👦🏼👧🏽 More people in, and out, of the house every day //
📚✏️ September and school prep with an influx of new clothes and equipment.

It can all be overwhelming and take a toll on your home and your peace of mind 🤯.

I loved speaking at another WI in South Yorkshire this week.
The women were welcoming, engaged, easy to talk to and participated in my games and challenges with enthusiasm.
We all know that’s because they were promised prizes, though! 🤭😝

I love these evenings when I can share my passion for decluttering and organising as well as Top Tips for the lovely ladies to take back to use in their own homes.

Two years of owning and building my own Professional Organising company …
*cue gasp 🫢

Honestly, it’s flown by 🪽.

And even more honestly, the past two years have had more ups and downs than a wonky rollercoaster! 🎢 Lol

I’ve
🛋️ met and worked with amazing and wonderful clients
🛋️ occasionally felt utterly overwhelmed by chaos and clutter 😝😅
🛋️ been honoured at being entrusted with peoples’ struggles
🛋️ been chuffed by the transformation achieved in just one day, time and time again
🛋️ been moved at the impact of decluttering and organising a space on a whole family
🛋️ been frustrated at bookings being cancelled and shocked at contacts not coming to fruition
🛋️ grown and learned more about organising, about life, about business … and about myself than I could ever have imagined.

But I did!!

The curse of being too busy and focused to get pics of yourself in action, eh?! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I spoke at another WI group in Sheffield, South Yorkshire on Tuesday, and LOVED it! 🤩

After getting caught in a torrential downpour and then struggling to get the projector to work 😳,
I told the lovely ladies a little bit about my (ongoing) journey to Professional Organiser and business owner while still working as an assistant headteacher.

I shared information about the negative impact of living with unnecessary clutter
…
Imparted Top Tips on how to deal with it
…
And explained what happens when you enlist the help of a Professional Organiser.
We laughed. A lot.
They completed challlenges and won prizes.
And then we all went home.

What a buzz.

I can’t wait to do it again…!

I LOVED spending this evening with a group of wonderful WI women in Sheffield, talking all things Decluttering and Organising.

The women took part in my challenges, laughed at my jokes, took note of my Top Tips and even shared some of their own. What a fantastic night.
