My name is Nikki and I promise you I am super friendly.
I found this diet a few years ago and it really did transform my life. After having my baby son, I didn’t like socialising, didn’t like photos and didn’t want to shop for clothes as it only made me feel sad. I tried all the other diets and failed to stick to them - with a full time job and a small baby it wasn’t easy. This is where the 1:1 Diet changed my life - having the products readily to hand and being so easy to make really did help to transform me.
