panese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing; and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us all, and is what causes us to be alive. If our energy flow is low then we are more likely to feel ill, stressed or in low mood; and if high, we are more capable of feeling positive, healthy and happy. It can place you in touch with your own spiritual path rather than having only an intellectual concept or awareness of it. Hot Stones Massage is a type of massage therapy that is perfect for aiding relaxation, and easing tense muscles or damaged soft tissues throughout the body. Smooth, flat stones are heated to around 130 degrees and used to Swedish massage, a complementary therapy for many conditions, and client feedback has included
i) Muscle tension or pain relieved
ii) Reduced stress or anxiety
iii) Promoted restorative sleep
iv) Improves blood circulation and flow of energy
v) Creates a real sense of warmth and comfort. Nothing takes more courage than putting yourself back together again.
