Today, we’re proud to introduce Koti Home Care.

A new service built around something simple—but often overlooked.

Time. Presence. And doing things properly.

Koti has been created to support people in their own homes in a way that feels natural, respectful, and genuinely helpful.

Not rushed.
Not transactional.
Not just “another visit.”

As we begin, we want to be completely open.

We are currently in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which means we are not yet providing regulated personal care.

But that doesn’t mean we’re waiting.

From today, we are supporting individuals and families with:

✔️ Companionship and meaningful conversation
✔️ Help around the home (cleaning, laundry, meals)
✔️ Shopping, errands, and day-to-day support
✔️ Accompaniment to appointments and outings
✔️ Short-term support following hospital discharge (non-regulated)
✔️ Sitting services to give family carers a break

Sometimes, what people need most isn’t complex care.

It’s someone reliable, consistent, and present.

That’s where we start.

And when our CQC registration is complete, we’ll build on that foundation to offer fully regulated care—seamlessly, with people we already know and support.
