Mr Nanavati is delighted to have performed the first Paragon 28 TTTC hindfoot fusion nail with straddle plating in the country.

This was a complex case involving a significantly delayed presentation of a trimalleolar ankle fracture in a diabetic neuropathic patient.

To optimise outcomes, he performed a primary fusion with iliac crest bone graft, reinforced with a TTTC saddle plate — creating a stable super-construct tailored to this high-risk presentation.
