WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING? Had Phil round for a sports massage on my stiff shoulder and he has given a great range of movement in just one session would definitely recommend him and have him back again. I also had Reiki that was amazing i almost fell asleep within a minute of him starting so relaxing 10 out of 10 bug thankyou - Jill Hows

WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING? I've been attending Pilates classes for over a year, and more recently the Yoga and Tai. I can highly recommend them to anyone of any age and at any level! I was an absolute beginner and was convinced I wouldn't be able to do much beyond the most basic level - the great ting is it doesn't matter!! The whole point is to work at a level that suits you, not anyone else in the class. The moves are easy to follow and explained clearly with a variety of positions, depending on the different levels of experience within the class. I can honestly say its made a huge difference to my own flexibility and strength in ankles/shoulders etc. So don't hesitate if you're thinking about taking any classes then do these.....Diane

Reiki, not just for the clinic but for life practice. Once attuned to that higher aspect of ourselves it's a life long journey of realisation.

Hands on journey practice. A zen master once said: "Be yourself because all others are taken". Just had a real sense of grounding. I've been introduced to the thought of "You don't have the right to be anyone else, because they've had to live and make their own history. You have to earn the right to your own story". Of recent I've just had the sense that things are what they are supposed to be and I'm supposed to be where I am. I can't tell you what I freeing feeling that is. For so many years I've wanted to escape being 'This one' or I should be 'else where'. I can stop being that ever mercurial tying to be "someone".
