2 1/2lb off so thats the weight off I gained over the last 2 week after celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, happy lady and what i love about Slimming World is theres never any shame or judgement just understanding support when we enjoy these moments,. 💖

Sometimes planning isn't just about the food, I have to plan around work (group days) so slimming world vindaloo from our Iceland range free food, egg fried rice microwave pouch 3 swips and a garlic naan healthy extra fibre choice. Absolutely delicious and 100% on plan. 😁

I've had the pleasure of covering the Tickhill groups for the last couple of months, tonight was ny last group with them and wow what a way to finish absolutely over the moon for the members I know how much these achievements mean to them. 💖

1lb on this morning my first gain but I'm OK with that, sometimes life throws us these curve balls and thats ok but that won't stop my weight loss journey.
Off now to watch Micheal waiting for the tram train, I can't wait to see it on this lovely sunny morning. 😁

Team meeting this afternoon after groups and recieved this little beauty, my average weight loss for new members in March was 12.5lb how amazing is that!
