Rocking my slimming world apron while cooking dinner tonight fake away Friday, using chicken, onions, mushrooms and slimming world Iceland range of chicken tikka sauce all free foods but 2 1/2 swips for the rice and our new range of slimming world naan bread as a healthy extra. Absolutely delicious filling and all part of our plan that the whole family can enjoy. 😍

🌟 Wow what a fab December we had in groups with new members still joining 🌟

With Christmas and New year around the corner they didn't let that stop them hitting their weight loss goals in there first week, with a average 8lb weight loss in their first week.
