Everyone has their own goals, no matter how big or little that goal is.
We should all support each other and help each other achieve!

Weight loss journeys can be tough and we all have those days where you want to give up but that’s when you need to REMEMBER why you started!

Let’s start by writing a list of all the reasons you want to lose weight and how you will feel if you don’t achieve those goals - use this as motivation to help you stick to plan!

Also write a list of how you will feel once you reach your goal - improved energy levels, improved health, confidence, how that new outfit will feel....

🍄‍🟫🍃🥚Sautéed Mushroom, Egg & Spinach Power Breakfast

High Protein • Low Carb • Diabetic Friendly 🥚🍄

Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a light dinner when you want something that keeps you feeling full for longer without spiking your blood sugar.

Meat-free but full of flavour, this is real food that works hard for you.

🥬🍳

Ingredients (serves 1):
• 50g baby spinach
• 5 mushrooms, sliced (white or cremini)
• 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 boiled eggs (medium or soft-boiled)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional drizzle of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice

Method:
1️⃣ Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms with garlic powder, salt and pepper for 5–7 minutes until golden.
2️⃣ Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the eggs for 8–9 minutes. Cool, peel and halve.
3️⃣ Add the spinach to a bowl and top with the sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
4️⃣ Finish with the halved eggs, cracked black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon or light drizzle of balsamic.

⏱️ Ready in around 20 minutes

• Calories ~260 kcal
• Protein ~14g
• Fat ~10g
• Carbs ~15g
• Net carbs ~9–10g
• Fibre ~5g
