Thankyou to for coming to het his treatment done.

It's always hard work working with the older fighters as they wouldn't have been regular to looking after themselves with treating their self care. So Junior had a lot of shoulder issues and tennis elbow issues as well as old injuries, which we had to work on.

The movement of the new fighters of today is better with self care as they will regularly get themselves treated, which is what every sports individual should be doing to last longer in the sport.
