Tonight’s class Mind Body and Spirit Barnsley LTD Yoga and pilates studio
Tonight we were listening to sounds, thoughts, bodies, breath.
The act of mindfully listening being aware. 🙏🏻 being present in the moment.
That kind of listening takes curiosity, patience, and the willingness to let go of rigid ideas about how a pose “should” look.
As teachers, our job is not to control bodies, but to help students build a relationship with theirs.
