Planning for retirement? 🤔
Often we are considering the financial plans, how much money we will have, what we will spend our money on and what we will do with the time and new found freedom.
But what we often forget to consider in planning our retirement is if we will be well enough to do all the things we plan. We forget our home, the body, the very thing that enables us to live and experience this life.
We forget the need to manage stress, to have time to stay active and time to rest and restore.
A holiday once a year and a couple of wellness/ beauty treatments in the mix? Is that going to be enough to walk your body into retirement with good health?
What we do today matters. Nourishment and taking care of you, the whole you matters. Body, mind and spirit/ soul.
