💛 Survey Feedback – Thank You! 💛

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent survey. We truly appreciate every single response.

One thing we absolutely loved seeing was that the highest response to “How did you hear about us?” was word of mouth. That is honestly the biggest compliment we could receive. The fact that you recommend us to your friends and family means the world to us. 🥰

When asked what attracted you to us, the majority said the services we offer. We always try to keep our treatment list comprehensive but not overwhelming — while still specialising in our most popular treatments such as massage, facials and waxing. It’s lovely to know that balance is working.

Thank you also for recognising that we strive (and seem to achieve!) amazing customer service and professionalism, while still being friendly and welcoming. That’s exactly the environment we aim to create.

Now, the improvements… 👀

• Loyalty scheme – We have used traditional loyalty cards in the past but didn’t find them very successful. However, we do offer treatment courses on many of our services — including our buy 5 get 1 free packages — which is how we currently reward your loyalty.

• Male treatments on the menu – This is something we will absolutely be addressing as a direct result of your feedback.

• Kirsty & Chloe singing – This one genuinely made us chuckle… clearly from someone who has never heard us sing. Trust us, you don’t want that treatment added to the menu. 🎤😂

We also noticed some of you mentioned concerns you’d like help with — and the good news is, we already offer treatments for most of them:
