My survival kit in a tube!!!
After having 3 weeks of very little exercise I'm back and chucking myself back into it full throttle and I can already feel my muscle soreness 😂😂but as they say no pain no gain 😂💪🏻👊🏻

Aloe heat lotion is my life saver it has a warming and soothing relief for aches pains and Muscle soreness it's also fab for people who have bad backs, arthritis , and need relief from pain and soreness , due to it being made from 80% aloe Vera the warming and soothing elements are carried further down into the dermis of the skin penetrating deeper than alternative heat lotions and I've tried every lotion and potion going, you just got to look in my gym bag to know this. Have the little ones over indulged over Christmas too on those selection boxes??
Give them back their energy, cleanse their little bellies and get them more alert and focused at school.
We all know malnutritioned children can be lethargic, moody and a general pain in the butt 😂, so give them the best start when going back to school with it being a busy year of exams or starting a new class, get them prepared and ready to be more successful in school
