Self-care day today… and it reminded me how important it is to practise what I preach 💆🏼‍♀️✨

Today I’m spending the day by myself, for myself… and it feels amazing 🥰 (anybody else like spending time on their own?)

Today’s itinerary:

✨ Having a lay in with my cats
✨ Doing my own body wax and eyebrows
✨ Having a full body massage
✨ Elemis bubble bath & hair mask with music and candles
✨ PJ’s, blanket and my favourite movie
✨ Picking up something tasty and healthy for my tea (and a pudding obviously 🤣)

No work, kid or elderly mum duties 👏🏼 Just me 😊

It’s so important to slow down, reset and give ourselves the same care we give others every day.

So this is your little reminder from me: take that time for yourself. Book the treatment, run the bath, read a book, do what YOU love, you deserve it ✨💗
