Day 1: One simple way to start the season right!

It’s officially December, which means fairy lights, mince pies, and a lot of festive hot drinks ☕✨

But before you reach for that first coffee or cuppa, start your morning with a big glass of water.💧

It might not sound festive, but staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to boost your energy, support your immune system, and keep that “I’m ready for Christmas” glow going strong.

A quick hydration top-up helps balance out all those winter warmers, keeps your skin happy, and even helps your body cope better with the cold.

So here’s your Day 1 challenge: raise a glass (of water!) to good health this December. 🥂
