To all the members who missed a week, a month, 6 months... and just feel like you cannot come back.
To the members that had one syn too many and the guilt has eaten away at you for days, months, even years and you haven’t seen your consultant or friends in group for so long.....
To the you that looks in the mirror and says I really don't like how I look.....
why did I leave group and go on free fall over summer?

To the person who would love to come back but isn’t brave enough to step through the door of the group, I need you to know that your consultant misses you, worries about how you are and really wants the best for you!!!

I want you to know that there is no judgement, shame or humiliation in our groups. We have all been there ourselves. We will welcome you back with open arms, support you, laugh with you, get you back on track.... with Christmas under 12 weeks away, we can help you feel great for that festive outfit 😀
