As the year draws to a close, it’s common to think of the people who are special to us – especially those we've lost. That’s why we’ve chosen to take part in Light a Candle.

From 15 to 21 December we’ll be posting digital candles in memory of those who can’t be with us during the festive season. If you’d like to create a virtual candle, please click the following link where you can choose a design and write a short message to a loved one.

We’re pleased to announce the return of Light a Candle this Christmas!

Taking part in this Christmas’s Light a Candle gives you the opportunity to create online memorials throughout the festive period.

Christmas is a special time to celebrate with family and friends, and our virtual candles are a thoughtful way to pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.

We'll be sharing virtual candles on our page between 15 and 21 December. There's no cost for you or your family to get involved and create an online memorial.

On Friday 10th October we will be closing our Wickersley branch for the afternoon as the staff say goodbye to a much loved and respected member of Parkinson's, Michael Burke.

Mick has worked with us for a number of years as a pallbearer and has been present at many of the funerals we have conducted over that time.

A proper gentleman with a soft and giving nature.
A lover of music, rugby, golf, the sun, his family and vegan to his core!
He is missed by us all.

Thank you Mick for your service both to us and the families that we look after.
