I have some last minute appointments this week -

Thurs - 1pm & 2.30pm
Sunday - 12.30pm (1 hour)

Just a reminder that I only work two days in the holidays and Monday, Weds & Thurs. The days vary in the hols, I will try to accommodate as much as I can.

These results speak for themselves 🤩

Just a reminder that this is not a fat loss treatment and I cannot make the stomach area any smaller if there isn't any fluid retention there. I have sooo many messages about making people look 'skinnier' it's not a quick fix.

Lymphatic drainage isn't just about the way it looks, it's how you feel and what it does for your body 💫

I don't usually work weekends so it's a perfect chance to get that much needed self care in through the holidays 🥰

Before and after 😍

Meg was holding a lot of fluid in her stomach area and we could really hear it! It was gurgling a lot.

She wanted to feel less bloated before going on her hen do and to keep that fluid retention down on her legs and abdomen area as she was flying.

Drinking 2-3 litres of water before & after a massage helps to lymph move around the body easier as lymph is made up mostly of water. It helps to also aid in detoxification by eliminating toxins, excess fluids and waste products 💦

Sometimes we just need to be heard, held and return back to ourselves for a moment.

Life is busy and stressful but it doesn't always have to be - I hear so many times 'I don't make time for myself' this is where burn out comes in as we are always pouring ourselves into everyone else.

This is what I am here for, to listen without judgement. Hear you and bring you back to being centred and grounded.

When you make that shift to prioritising yourself more, everyone around you is happier too 💫

Introducing my new little business

After finally biting the bullet and studying something I am very passionate about, I realised that it’s the best decision I have made! I am so excited so start my career and to share all of my knowledge and experiences with everyone.

I am still a student but in the time I have been at college I have gained a lot of experience, all of my treatments are to a high and professional standard. I am not making a profit at the moment as the prices of the massages just cover costs and for any materials I need to complete my course.
