How nice to see a bit of sunshine today?? ☀️

I feel like everyone has been feeling it recently with the constant rain and dark days - including me.

Warmer and brighter days are on the way - slowly but surely 😅 keeping up with self care and moving our bodies to release those feel good hormones is more important than ever. I say it all the time but I am a big believer in both and try to practice what I preach 🙌🏼

Introducing my new little business

After finally biting the bullet and studying something I am very passionate about, I realised that it’s the best decision I have made! I am so excited so start my career and to share all of my knowledge and experiences with everyone.

I am still a student but in the time I have been at college I have gained a lot of experience, all of my treatments are to a high and professional standard. I am not making a profit at the moment as the prices of the massages just cover costs and for any materials I need to complete my course.
