Adam B has finally seen his beloved Red Devils live!!!

A life-long fan, Adam has always followed Manchester United and watched their games on tv. Not today!!! He travelled to Old Trafford and watched them play Fiorentina from the sidelines!

They only went and son 5-4 on penalties too! Hopefully , this week be the first of many games he gets to watch there. 🏐 He said he loved it and we think his smiling face says it all.

We know it was Yorkshire Day but Elaine wanted to go to Lincolnshire!

Elaine doesn't always want to go out so when she said she'd like a trip to the coast, we jumped at the chance to go with her! She had a lovely day which included a walk along the promenade (it wasn't as cold as it looks!). She had lunch in The Punch Bowl, went to the arcades and then to Darracotte's for coffee and lemon and orange cake with lemon curd ice cream!

It was a wonderful day out and we hope it's the start of many more to come!

OK, AFTER appointments! Julie enjoyed a Mocha and a Sicilian lemon muffin at Costa and Joe and Paul enjoyed a carvery and a pint at The Marquis!

Sometimes, you just have to treat yourself.

What a weekend in Ingoldmells that Paige, Dave and Adam B have just enjoyed!

Lots of sun and food with visits to the market to buy presents, fish and chips (obviously), a walk along the promenade. Oh yes, and it was warm enough (though doesn't look it from the pictures) to paddle in the sea thanks to Beach Ability Wheelchairs. We also watched the Lionesses win the Euros.

Laughs, there were many, many, MANY laughs!

That's a wrap on July for birthdays!!!!!

Paul enjoyed a lovely meal out with his family. Dave had a surprise 60th birthday organised by his family and Pete had a fun filled day with Sheffield United presents, S*x Pistols on tv and, of course, cake!!!

3 birthdays down in July and 3 more to go!

Laura got a lovely night light that shows the Northern Lights onto her ceiling and visits from family and friends. Paige got a signed Ed Sheeran picture and cards hand made by Dave S and Adam B
She also went out for a meal with her family. Joe had a trip to Kinema in the Woods, Akbars for tea and got an Oasis t-shirt.

What a month so far!!

Check out our gorgeous Nev and his beautiful wife, Kay!

They went for a drink at a local pub and enjoyed some "normal" time together. Massive achievement for Nev as he's not really been out in the last 3 years so to see him enjoy himself was wonderful.

Here's to many more outings to come!

Who you gonna call? Greenside Ghostbusters!

Haunted Yorkshire very kindly let us tag along on one of their investigations last night at Wath Hall House. What a night! From hearing taps and whispers to using equipment like SLS, cat balls and Spirit Talkers to older methods like Ouija Board, scribing, table tipping and good old-fashioned just calling out!

Did we find anything? That depends on your perception, but whether we did or not, we had such a great time finding out! Of course, there was a pub meal first too 😋

Keeping cool and all the fun of the fair with Greenside Court.

We had fans and used them to cool down and keep balloons in the air or guide them into a container. It was a trip to the local fair after that where we bumped into our lovely Linsey who was there with her family!

Wednesday and Thursday at Greenside Court.

Wednesday saw Adam B, Adam M, Dave B and Joe going to the Arc Cinema in Rotherham to watch Megan 2 with popcorn and drinks followed by a Macdonalds!

Thursday, Pete visited KFC where he smashed a meal deal, followed by a cooling ice cream.

We've been keeping our summer bodies in check here at Greenside today!

Mel, Ricky, Julie, Tim and Dawn all did resistance bands, weights, ball throwing and some dancing thrown in for good measure! Our lovely Physio, Paula, got them all in the mood for some good exercising!
