                                            Pilates Is For Life 
We are based at The Renaissance Centre , Bolton Upon Dearne 
Thursday evenings 6.00-7.00pm
I do prefer individuals to book on with me first!
Our sessions are suitable for everyone.
We perform both standing & floor based exercises using our own body weight, plus various pieces of equipment such as resistance band/tube, light dumbbells( using equipment is optional).
Modifications & resting poses are included!!
Pilates requires Concentration/Focus/Patience, these are all key!!
Benefits of regular pilates include:
Increased overall muscle strength & tone, particularly abdominal muscles, lower back, hips & buttocks 
(the ‘core muscles’of the body)
Improved flexibility/ posture 
Improved physical coordination & balance
Decreased stress
Please note:
We practice barefoot, unless you prefer to wear non- slip socks.
You will also need to bring a non- stretchy slip mat, small towel/pillow, plus a drink bottle water too.
