โœจKeep working on getting your thought process away from Iโ€™ve been โ€˜goodโ€™ or โ€˜badโ€™, so youโ€™re neither โ€˜inโ€™ or โ€˜outโ€™, just keep trying to do your very best.

โœจIf you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.

โœจIf you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?

โœจFailing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.

โœจJust keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.

โœจOverall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally amd physically. Now thatโ€™s worth fighting for.
