Reflexology is my personal favourite of the holistic therapies. This is an ideal treatment later in the day, you can just go home and sleep straight after and wake up feeling so much better.

Reflexology is my go to for hormone issues, stress, just feeling off, head aches, feeling a bit down, it’s also great when you have sore aching feet as I do it with more pressure than a lot of therapists.

Each part of the foot corresponds with something else making it an all over massage through your feet.
