It’s been great to see everyone getting involved, trying something new, and expressing themselves through art in a relaxed and supportive space. From simple ideas to brilliant creations, every piece is unique 🩷

These moments are all about connection, creativity, and taking time for yourself, and it’s amazing to see it come together.

✨ Inner Landscape – Arts & Crafts Group ✨

Tonight in our arts and crafts group we explored the idea of our “inner landscape.”

Instead of talking directly about our feelings, we imagined our thoughts and emotions as a place in nature. 🌿

For some, it looked like mountains and water.�For others, soft skies, islands, or glowing hearts in the dark.

There was no right or wrong way to do it, this wasn’t about artistic skill. It was about expression, reflection, and gently placing feelings onto paper so they don’t have to stay stuck inside.

We asked ourselves:�🌤 Is there sunshine?�🌊 Are there waves or cliffs?�🌳 Is there a safe place somewhere in the landscape?

It was a calm, creative evening full of colour, conversation, and quiet moments of reflection.
Well done to everyone who took part, your landscapes were powerful and personal 💛

�☕ The Social Brew every Thursday evening (7pm–8:30pm) — a relaxed space to chat and connect.
�🎨 Arts & Crafts sessions on Saturdays (7pm–8:30pm) — get creative in a supportive space.

✔ Please note: Crisis and emotional support is still available on group days.

You don’t need to book, just come along. Everyone is welcome.

🎨 Arts & Crafts Group ✂️

Our Arts & Crafts group was full of creativity and imagination! We began with a table full of fabrics, yarn, and craft supplies, and by the end of the session these had been transformed into beautiful handmade dolls, each one completely unique and full of personality 💛

The group enjoyed a relaxed space to chat, create, and support one another while exploring different textures, colours, and ideas. It was lovely to see confidence grow, creativity shine, and plenty of smiles along the way.

Here’s a glimpse of the journey from materials to finished creations, we’re so proud of everyone’s effort and creativity ✨
