Looking to improve your posture and enhance jawline definition? The chin tuck exercise is a simple yet effective way to do both.

By gently engaging the deep neck muscles, chin tucks help correct forward head posture (commonly known as “tech neck”) while supporting a more sculpted, lifted appearance in the jaw and chin area.

How to perform a chin tuck:
1. Sit or stand tall with relaxed shoulders
2. Gently pull your chin straight back (creating a “double chin” motion)
3. Hold for 5–10 seconds
4. Repeat 10–15 times, once or twice daily

This small daily habit can make a noticeable difference in posture, muscle tone, and even overall facial alignment.
