The best bit is you don’t even need a garden to get started 🌱.
A sunny windowsill is all it takes to grow your own little salad patch.

Watching your ingredients go from seed to plate and it means fresh, low cost veggies ready whenever you need them 💚🥗.

At my Slimming World groups, we chat all about how veggies, whether home grown or shop bought, can help you build delicious, satisfying, Food Optimising meals that keep you full and feeling fabulous 🌿.

🌟 694lbs Lost in February! 🌟

February has been nothing short of phenomenal across my Brinsworth, Treeton and Stag groups, together, my amazing members have lost a staggering 694lbs in just four weeks!

That’s 694lbs of determination, healthier habits, renewed confidence and real life change.

Every pound represents someone choosing themselves, showing up, resetting when needed, and proving that small steps add up to something incredible.

694lbs roughly equals visually to

- 5 pandas
- A motorbike
- A vending machine
- 350 sugar bags

I’m so proud of every single member, whether you lost, maintained, or kept going through a tough week.
This community is powerful, supportive and unstoppable, and this is only the beginning 🙌✨

Doing a bit of homework in the kitchen and it seems I’ve got company 😅🐾

Marley has very quickly found himself the warmest, snuggliest spot and settled in for a proper cat nap, living his best life while I’m trying to be productive! 😂

There’s something lovely about these quiet little moments at home, laptops on, notes out, and a sleepy cat keeping me company.
