I just need to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you 🙌

Jeni, Gail, Angela, Elaine and Andy… you have been absolutely incredible this past week.

Between us, we’ve delivered a massive 2,800 leaflets already (out of 6,000!) and that’s no small feat. That’s thousands of steps, all weather, busy lives… and still showing up to support me and our group ❤️

This is what community looks like.

I genuinely couldn’t do this without you all and I’m so grateful to have such an amazing team around me.

Let’s keep going… we’ve got this 💪

A small addition to my inspiration table this week 💙

Alongside all the Slimming World bits, I’ve added an Andy’s Man Club poster.

Not because it’s part of group… just because it matters.

Because sometimes it’s not just about weight loss.

Sometimes it’s about how you’re feeling, what’s going on in life, or just needing to be around the right people.

That’s always been the kind of space I want my groups to be.

Support in every sense of the word.

The sun’s out… and honestly, doesn’t everything just feel that little bit easier when it is?

Today feels like a perfect reminder that this isn’t about being perfect, it’s about those small, feel-good choices that add up 💛

Maybe that’s:
🚶‍♂️ A little walk instead of sitting in
🌿 Getting some fresh air on your lunch break
💧 Drinking a bit more water than usual
🍓 Choosing something fresh that makes you feel good

No pressure. No all-or-nothing. Just doing something that future you will thank you for.

And if today’s just about soaking up the sunshine and resetting your head… that counts too ☀️

Apparently sleep helps with weight loss…

Which explains why after a bad night’s sleep the biscuit tin suddenly starts whispering my name.

Science says when we’re tired our hunger hormones go a bit wild, which means we’re more likely to crave quick sugary foods and easy snacks.

So today’s Slimming World reminder…
A good night’s sleep can actually help make Food Optimising easier tomorrow.

Better sleep = better choices = better results.

This week’s Woman’s Weekly has a voucher for FREE Slimming World membership inside. Yes… FREE. As in zero. Nada. Not a single penny for joining.
