But quite rightly, this month the conversation goes deeper than a great 'tache - Movember is about men’s health, both physical and mental.

👨For too long, men have felt pressure to be stoic and self-reliant. However, tragically, men account for 3 out of 4 suicides in the UK, often because stigma prevents them from speaking up or seeking help early.

Our blog, The Silent Struggle: Addressing Men's Mental Health, shines a light on this crisis and offers tangible ways we can all help break the silence.

The blog touches on:
☠️ Toxic masculinity's toll: The pressure to "man up" and suppress emotion leads to internal struggles like masked depression and substance abuse.

💪A sign of strength: Seeking help is the bravest act of self-care a man can take.

👨‍❤️‍👨How you can help: Simple steps like checking in with a friend and creating safe spaces for conversations can save lives.

Let’s change the narrative this Movember. 👉 Read The Silent Struggle https://bit.ly/44jRYJH

Another lovely compliment for an O.T

I like to express my thanks to Lucille, yourself and the carers who have supported BD recently, specifically with regards her transferring out of bed. Your willingness to try using the equipment in place and encourage BD to transfer using it has clearly had a positive impact. I am informed that she is getting out of bed for personal care including a shower and is sitting in her chair regularly. On visiting her today she looked so much brighter and managed all her transfers really well. All of your input has had a very positive impact for this lady and I personally appreciate the effort so thanks again!!

Well done Lucille Caitlin Shaunna Holly lexi and Skye
