Love looks a little different here.

It looks like hands held in still water.

We’re so lucky to see so many couples and friends choosing to experience wellness together — sharing movement, stillness and space. It really is a beautiful thing.

But Valentine’s Day isn’t only about romantic love and galentines.

It’s about loving yourself enough to prioritise your wellbeing.
To rest.
To move.
To breathe.

Because the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.

Last night’s full moon soundbath became a rich, layered soundscape, with Siane playing the beautiful crystal bowls, deeply resonant gong, Tibetan singing bowls, elemental chimes, rain stick and wave drum, expertly woven together with Louise playing the shamanic drum, ocean drum, throat chakra singing bowl, and the atmospheric thunder drum.

We feel blessed to hold these monthly events. It’s unusual to have two space holders playing in tandem. Over time we have developed a deeply intuitive and connected way of working together. When we play side by side, something truly special unfolds, this is where the magic happens. The shared presence and responsiveness creates a soundbath experience that feels held, nourishing, and expansive.

Playing intuitively, we work in harmony to guide you on an otherworldly journey, where many people gently drift off, allowing the body and nervous system to soften into deep relaxation and rest.

We offer these sessions on a monthly basis alongside private bookings, corporate offerings and collaborations.

These classes are a wonderful opportunity to prioritise self care, you are able to bring your baby along, turning the session into a time for healing, bonding, and connecting with your baby and other new parents. The supportive group environment creates a sense of community while allowing you to focus on your wellbeing.

We’ve purposefully created a longer session so you don’t feel rushed, there’s no pressure or judgement if you need to take a break to soothe, comfort or feed your little one and many of the exercises can be adapted if you need to be together.

The last two weeks have been nothing short of incredible 🤍

Since opening our doors on 5th January, the love and support we’ve received has been truly overwhelming. Seeing so much positivity flood into our stunning new studio at Brampton Park, along with all that beautiful sunlight, has meant more to us than we can put into words.

It’s been an absolute pleasure welcoming both new and familiar faces, and we couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful start. These first two weeks have been filled with energy, smiles, and community and we’re so excited for what’s to come.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to welcome you all throughout 2026 and beyond 💫

It can’t be all work and no play…

The run-up to getting the studio ready has been intense. December has asked for focus, commitment, and a tight schedule to make sure everything gets done. And it has.

But there’s also been so much laughter along the way. Because humour (and moments of pure silliness like this one 😂) are what keep us going, keep the energy light, and carry us through when the workload is big.

Feeling incredibly grateful for my multi-talented, hard-working partner in crime, Mark. We really do make one hell of a dream team 🤍
