Happy Days Hypnotherapy Happy Days Hypnotherapy is my business born of the desire to help children overcome issues they want to change. Primary teacher for 25 years.

Using the tools of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis I help children discover ways they can use to make the changes they want. Forest School teacher since 2015. NLP Practitioner since 2020 and a qualified Hypnotherapist. A mum to two wonderful boys and a whole host of animals, my life is not simple or boring. I have added to this skill set and have developed it in order that I can help children suffering from issues, phobias and other anxiety based problems that they would like to change. To see them use tools I've taught and gentle, bespoke hypnotherapy to reinforce what they have learnt to free themselves of unwanted self beliefs and return to a happier state makes my heart sing and reinforces my aim to help as many children as possible.

What a day yesterday! Celebrating both birthdays for the boys, late I know but it took a bit of organising and a LOT of driving!!
Thank you NEC Birmingham for another great day out and thank you Karage for a very memorable lunch afterwards! The sky diving experience was AMAZING!
