We all have an engine inside of us, it's called a chakra system, we're not taught about it in biology or science at school. I wonder why?. Look at what your chakra system rules, all of these emotions and thoughts, that busy mind, that creates lack of sleep, the ease of being manipulated, you might lack focus, that lack of confidence and self esteem. The traumas and abused over the years make us develop coping mechanisms, that we build up. Over the years this damages your chakra system and your energy. Because they are our coping mechanisms, they are not a way of life, they are who you had to be at the time! They are not your future, you just need a reset and an emotional clean slate, and you need to re-learn your boundaries for who you are now. Just a few of the things that we as special needs parents encounter day to day. Reiki can absolutely help with children too. Wether it's ADHD or autism in children, or autism and bi-polar in adults, reiki can help, it's not an easy journey, nor a short one, but it will help instantly and far rather take a holistic approach where there is no contact, no medications, no sedatives that numb a child's mind. On my journey I've found many fully grown women who have came from abusive and traumatic backgrounds, they all have 1 thing in common, they went to the doctor's first, got medicated, and after decades of not feeling any better they chose holistic approaches. This is where Reiki sessions and attunements have helped more than tablets ever have. I was one of those women.... I might not have been diagnosed depressive, or autistic, but I know I have been both of those things. Watching Faith over the years on the spectrum has made me realise so much about myself! And her, and what both of our needs are. Without doubt Reiki is the best money I've ever spent on myself, my daughter, my friends and now my work colleagues. I've helped strangers who have never met me. I can only but hope others can feel the same kind of fulfilment my job brings.... Try it, if not with me then book the fabulous Sarah-Jane Ridley. I'm still in awe of it now, even being a few years into it, it still blows me away. Get booked, get your kids booked! You won't regret it 💜🌈🥰

I love what I do 🌈, I love making the mind "silent" more focused! less "full of noise" without saying too much this client had been having alot going on in their homelife, a single parent, sorting Christmas while working over Christmas and new year! No time off really for this one. They'd been feeling lack lustre, no motivation, feeling lethargic, because of this self esteem took an impact, so did their confidence, their self worth. Because it's hard being worker, parent, role model, provider, having all the money worries, 2 kids to support, and a deadbeat ex who does nowt! I'm so pleased ive helped this person today! I obviously can't say who this is, but this is the impact Reiki can have! It completely alters your mind, your well being, your belief system! I bet you also think this post is about a woman when I mentioned single parent, stereotype and all that! .... well It's not! This was a man I saw today! Reiki is for everyone! So here's a message to the men who might be reading this, Reiki can help you too! Don't be too proud or afraid of trying, it might be the best thing you ever do for yourself and your family 🌈🙏🏼🙌🏼

Im getting a big feeling that lack of confidence is playing a part in some of your current situations. I feel like there may be opportunities available to you but that you might not be confident in feeling up to the job or up to the hard work that might come with it.

Depicted on The Magician card is the wand, the sword, the cup and the pentacle, which actually shows that he "YOU" have all you need to complete the task at hand, you just need to use the power of the mind to make it happen.

This card relates to matters of the heart, and can represent some sort of recent sadness, loss or disappointment. It could also signify a lost opportunity in which you had a chance at something but maybe fear or a third party was holding you back.

You may have lost out on a job opportunity or a new relationship or you could be mourning the loss of a recent relationship, this 5 can literally apply to any situation that leaves you feeling bereft.

Whatever your situation is, the guidance is telling you that no matter what is going on, you can choose how you respond to it. Sometimes after a loss, it's wise to look at what is left, because even though something is missed or missing, not everything has been taken. We need to reflect, on what has been and gone so we can move forward with the wisdom and knowledge that whatever happened was meant to be, as it paves the way for something much better. It's time to reflect on your current situation and move forward when the time is right 💜 🌈🧙🏼‍♀️🪄
