Laser mole removal is a surgical procedure which may be suitable for certain types of moles. Often we do this procedure as two staged procedure. Following consultation stage one involves a shave biopsy of the mole and we wait for the biopsy report. The biopsy report generally takes about a week. At this stage the wound is generally all healed up.

When the histology confirms the diagnosis of the benign nature of the mole then at 2nd stage Which is usually performed at 3-4 weeks interval, at which the remainder stump of the mole is then vaporised leaving the area flush with the skin and the final result leaves a flat skin without any scar !
